Beyond beauty plastic surgery I was lied to, and mislead by the lady running an IG page that works with your establishment... susana or susy. I was quoted a price that was changed. Miami Florida
I was lied to, and mislead by the lady running an IG page that works with your establishment... susana or susy. I was quoted a price that was changed. Never was told about the finance charge, and the DR I specifically asked for was changed on my paper work after I was called and Rushed to sign. I was set to have surgery 3/25/2020 A $500 deposit was initially and originally paid to hold my date/doctor. 3/3/2020 someone from your office called me and was unaware of my surgery date, and what I wanted to have done. Very frustrating .
After going over everything with her she requoted me and told me I now owed 1000k more because the cost went up, and it would go towards my balance. I told her that was fine but she had to use my social to pull up my care credit and pull from there. Im in the process of buying a house and can not have big purchases at the moment.... I Told her this. After she processed it she then told me if I used care credit for my remaining balance yall charge a $900 finance fee????????
Fast forward to the next day 3/4/2020 I realized yall pulled 1000k from my person debt it card, which I told her not to do.... also turns out she tired ( and maybe by accident) to pull another 1000k...which then froze my bank account and card. Again very frustrating.Here's the Kicker....I was told that DR Baillo does not even work at your location anymore. This is the only reason I booked with your surgery center. Im from Another state so I bought a flight, purchased a hotel etc. which im already out $$$ on now.
I did not receive services so id like you to issue the 1000k back by responding to my bank that you are not holding me liable for the 1000k that was going towards a surgery that I never received. Your IG coordinator told me in writing that you would review a refund as your not in the business to keep anyone's money if I have a good reason. I sure do think this is a good reason to get my money back. You should stand by this . Im sure you are aware of everything that is going on and I don't have an extra 1000k to lose.
Hopefully someone has a heart, and is understanding of this whole situation. I will not go away until this is resolved In a full refund. You staff has poor communication, and you have people representing you that are clearly incompetent. Your staff spent less than 15 mins time on me giving you no right to merit to a 1000k compensation...as I stated before they didn't even know I had a scheduled date. ( your staff even told me they were sorry and this keeps happening that this susy or Susana lady was scheduling appointments and not telling yall so your often times scrambling to accommodate a date that was set ). Please talk with the ladies and the manager as I know they remember me calling...I called several times. No call back.
