Andy Cabrera uses his company Bienvenidos Real Estate or Puerto Vallarta Real Estate to scam innocent foreign investors out of down payments on units. When confronting him he will always call the police and claim innocence. I have tried to sue him but the courts in Mexico are useless as are the lawyers and you will never see your money. Stay away from this crooked man.

This is a total BS report. I have worked with Andy for 5 years and know him to be upstanding, honest and ethical. I do not think it is right you can allow someone to make a damning charge like this without having to put their full name and proof of their complaint.
