The worst provider we have had the pleasure of dealing with is definitely Blindamax, on the subject of windows in my house. I am going to share my story with this horrible company. After several months of failure to receive windows that cost me more than $50,000 USD with Blindamax, I finally now have all my windows and they are all installed, and I can finally open my mouth publicly against that company, to warn others. When these abuses happen by people and companies one has to alert the public so that it does not happen again to another person. Also so that these individuals do not think that these acts can remain without both legal impunity and without damage to their reputation. I am already in my legal process against that company, and they are going to pay for what they did, both damages and contractual penalties. Blindamax missed our contract delivery date and they were more than 2 months late and left us literally living without windows for months. When it rained the house literally flooded. And even one night thieves broke into a window that they did not install, something that the police are also investigating, because it is highly suspicious. And the quality of the product that arrived was not good and there were even water leaks through all the windows. They designed the windows wrong. Also, apart from that, there was bad paint, windows that did not close completely, stops that did not hold the window when they were open and locks that did not lock the windows.

They had been paid all the money to produce and ship and install the windows, 70% of everything, but after missing the contractual date that they had to deliver everything, they refused to assume the entire penalty clause of their contract and they even began to ask us for even more money or else they were not going to give us for the remaining windows. According to their story, all the money that had already been paid to them was spent and they had no way to finish producing and delivering windows without more payments. They literally left us screwed. So we in our despair paid more. But then when they finally delivered all the windows to us months later, after so much anxious waiting and begging for them to deliver windows, they then left us hanging and stopped installing windows and we had to finish installing with other workers who didn't even know how to install those windows. Also separately, before leaving us hanging, one of their installers had bad brakes on his car and it crashed into the gate of my house and caused serious and expensive structural damage and destroyed the gate motor. They refused to pay for the damages. And they no longer respond to our messages. Even the Blindamax advisor also left us hanging and blocked us. I have never known such a bad and dishonest company in my life. Never do business with that company.

El peor proveedor con el que nosotros hemos tenido el placer de lidiar definitivamente es con Blindamax, en el tema de las ventanas de mi casa. Les voy q compartir mi historia con esta horrible empresa. Después de varios meses de incumplimiento en recibir ventanas que me costaron más de 200 millones de pesos colombianos con Blindamax, ya porfin tengo todas mis ventanas y ya están instalados todas, y ya por fin puedo abrir mi boca públicamente contra esa empresa, para advertir a otros. Cuando estos abusos pasan por personas o empresas uno tiene que alertar al publico para que no vuelva a pasar a otra persona. También para que estos individuos no piensen que estos actos se pueden quedar sin impunidad tanto legal y sin daño a su reputación. Yo ya estoy en mi proceso legal contra esa empresa, y van a pagar por lo que hicieron tanto daños y perjuicios y cláusula penal. Blindamax no cumplió con la fecha de entrega de nuestro contrato y se atrasaron mas de 2 meses y nos dejaron viviendo literalmente sin ventanas por meses. Cuando llovía la casa literal se inundaba. Y hasta en una noche se entraron ladrones justamente en una ventana que ellos no instalaron, algo que tambien la policía esta investigado, porque es muy sospechoso. Y la calidad del producto que llego no fue buena y hasta habían filtraciones de agua por todas las ventanas. Diseñaron las ventanas mal. También por aparte había mala pintura, ventanas que no cerraban por completo, topes que no fijaban la ventana cuando estaban abiertas y seguros que no servian para asegurar las ventanas. 

A ellos se les había pagado todo el dinero para producir y despachar e instalar las ventanas, el 70% de todo, pero después de incumplir a la fecha que tenían que entregar todo, ellos se rehusaron a asumir la cláusula penal entera de su contrato y hasta nos comenzaron a pedir aun mas dinero o sino no nos iban a despechar las ventanas que faltaban. Según la historia de ellos todo el dinero que ya se las había pagado se lo gastaron y no tenían como terminar de producir y entregar ventanas sin más pagos. Literal nos dejaron jodidos. Entonces nosotros en nuestro desespero pagamos más. Pero luego cuando finalmente ellos nos entregaron todas las ventanas meses después, después de tanta espera ansiosamente y rogándoles que nos entregaran ventanas, ellos luego nos dejaron tirados y dejaron de instalar ventanas y tuvimos que terminar de instalar con otros obreros que ni sabían cómo instalar esas ventanas. También por aparte antes de dejarnos tirados un instalador de ellos tenía los frenos malos en su carro y chocó contra el portón de mi casa e hizo unos daños graves estructurales y costosos y destruyó el motor del portón. Ellos se rehusaron a pagar los daños. Y ya no responden a mensajes nuestros. Incluso la asesora de Blindamax también nos dejó tirados y nos bloqueó. Jamas he conocido una empresa tan mala y tan deshonesta en mi vida. Jamas hagan negocios con esa empresa.
