Boost medical Signed up for the treatment was told I was an excellent candidate went through the first round of treatments which didn’t work was told to return fro they 2nd round and was told they moved to Salt lake City Las Vegas, Salt lake city, nevada
Paid $2400. For treatments which didn't work, I should have checked with a Urologist first who eventually told me that sound vibration does not work .They refused my money back and moved so I could not get my treatments with no forwarding number .
