I left an abusive relationship and ended up trying to start over here in Fort Collins… I walked 3 miles to work everyday until I could finally get approved for a car at carhop. They sold me a 2007 Saturn ion for over 4x whats it worth.
I bought it it December 2, 2021 and it is now January 15, 2022 and this is the 3rd time I’ve had to put it in the shop because it was literally undrivable and they are trying to tell me that they won’t cover the brakes because it basic wear and tear?!? In less than 6 weeks! It’s cost me 4 days of work and almost $700 AND the breaks too! They are HORRIBLE people! I can’t believe they would do this to people

At the time of closing YOU would have been presented with a contract which told you the price of the car. At that point, YOU could have said "NO” because of the price. Instead, YOU BOUGHT THAT CAR. Brakes are a wear and tear item and since it was not a new car, the brakes were not new when you bought the car.
