Christopher Riley Aka Chris Riley AKA CER DESIGN aka CER CUSTOM design build aka CER custom renovations AKA CER renovations stole over $80,000 from me acting as a general contractor. He is living in Tampa, Florida and flying back and forth to steal peoples money by acting as a contractor without a license. I bought my first home last May and hired his company "CER Renovations" or CER custom renovations and he hired subcontractors and acted as a general contractor on my property.
He pulled a permit on my property by using a company that i had no idea of who they were. The company on the city records is "Two Jimmy's Construction". They left me homeless and without a home to move into. He stopped working on my house and disappeared. Illegally accepting money as a general contractor without a license. This individual christopher riley with cer custom design build is a FRAUD, LIAR, and THIEF! He lied to me and apologized for lying! I've never done business with a liar or a scam artist.
This Cer custom design build is a scam. Do not let this website fool you. There is not a professional here. Cer Custom Design Builds Christopher Riley is a slick ear hustler. My family were ready to start our new life together and get married. We have yet to get married, yet to start a family because of what this scam CER custom desing build has done to us financially. CER custom renovations design build stole from me and never completed the work that was paid to be done. Christopher Riley continued to request money and didn't pay the people who he hired. He had the AC contractor he hired show up and ask me for $4,000 that he didn't pay.
The craigslist workers he had working on our house stopped showing up and did terrible work. The roof was hell and leaked after paying thousands for a brand new one to CER custom renovations design build. Christopher Riley pocketed as much money as he could and ran off with it. Christopher Riley with CER custom renovations design build has a signature phrase, "I'm not going anywhere with your money". He has that saying down packed and will use it against you and do the exact opposite. There are so many lies and details to what christopher riley and CER CUstom renovations design build did to me and my family.
Christopher riley destroyed my family. He destroyed our finances and never delivered what we paid for. CER custom renovations design build is a terrible entity. YOU ARE NOT A GENERAL CONTRACTOR. CHRISTOPHER RILEY should have his privileges removed to conduct business in the state of georgia and Florida. CER CUSTOM DESIGN needs to be shut down. AL priviliges or Christopher Riley must be revoked to save others and their families or businesses. We LOST EVERYTHING! DAMAGES ARE AN UNDERSTATEMENT.
