They have never responded to any of my emails. Note that the UPS tracking number they gave me (1Z8Y80950329612721) was bogus - it was for a shipment from Amazon to some person I don't know to an address I never heard of. I never received anything from them. The tracking number is for a 1.6 lb package. The air conditioner is about 50 lb, so it is obviously in error. I found a similar complaint about comouna.com at

In that case, the person ordered a microwave and the tracking number says the package was only 2 lb.
