Decluttr.com Deceptive Trade Practices, Non Payment for Received Items
This company has over 285 complaints against them with the Better Business Bureau for routinely defrauding consumers who have been quoted prices by them for various tech items consumers sold Decluttr including iphones, MacBooks via their iOS/Android app.
They received items from these consumers and then Consumers were not paid for the items they sent nor were their items returned to them due to a variety of issues including "never received it" "packages were lost" (despite carrier confirmations that said packages were perpetually "in transit") "check is in the mail" "we've sent Direct Deposit/PayPal payment on" until after consumers filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau online.
Consumers have also taken to writing about their experiences in the reviews area of the Decluttr iOS app available in the Apple App Store.
Defintely a company best avoided.
