Discount Electronics Cancelled Order, Sent, Cancelled Shipment, Returned and will NOT REFUND! Austin TX
I bought an All-in One Computer from this Online Store to start a new job, but then found out I couldn't afford to take the job or it would hurt my Social Security Benefits. So I cancelled the Order and Shipment.
The computer cost me a Grand Total of $577. They said they got the Return and Credited my Store Account $461! I said, I don't want a Store Credit! I need my $$ Back! They said there is a little button at the bottom of the page that gives all Return/Refund info. I called my Bank and tried to Dispute the Charge and my Bank said what they did is Legal, even though disturbing and I was stuck with this.
I called them back and figured I would try to get my Restocking fee back. They did that and I was so angry, I didn't even want to shop there any longer! I now have $555 in stupid Store Credit, that I don't want!
They take advantage of older people who don't know about the little hidden button at the bottom, that has a bite-your-butt Monster inside it! I am having a Grandson try to help me pick out a new laptop. I want ALL my $$ spent in one swoop as I never want to see Discount Electronics again!
Rips Off Seniors. And God help them if they sell me a piece of junk laptop!
