Evelyn xinfeng Hu After job was estimated done and tested refused to pay. She named her price. Underpaid according the estimate and invoice. If planning to work for her ask money upfront. Job (rough installation) was estimated to $2400max warranted and approximate two days. Run away and paid remotely 1/2 of what agreed prior beginning of work. San francisco California

Evelyn found me through mutual friend. Asked to estimate the job. Then turned estimate to the consultation of more then an hour.
After verbal estimate ($2400 plus material cost) was approved we done the job and test the work of new system ms. Xinfeng Hu decided to pay 1/2 estimated cost because job was done faster then two days expected. She run away and mentioned that she would pay only material expense and part of job. And hire othe installer to continue the finish part.
During the first meeting I saw other scopes not complete. Ms. Xinfeng told that installer who began the job is busy and can't finish in time. Now I understand why. If you are reading this post you probably got the same or similar problem with her. Write contruct or agreement. Have her pay full amount prior beginning of work with her.
