will cheat lie and cover up. their technicians say you are signing a credit application, and you are not sighing that at all that is fraud and I have witness that was on the phone at the time. And this person heard the whole conversation you cannot trick or deceive someone that is fraud. Then this company go's throw all your reviews saying that I am attacking the reputation with false accusations. bring it. I have all the documentation to prove that I won everyone. gift design I got my $99 back.
Abram customs they damaged are stove got $1,200 back the cracked granite got $500 back. amazon they paid for my covers the company who mad the covers paid for my damage furniture. AND I HAVE EVERYTHING TO PROVE MY CASE. so, what this company is saying that I have no right to post reviews. we filed a dispute with our credit card and this company sent a text saying the dispute was closed and went in the business favor that is a big fat lie and sending a copy to us which never happened. this company is only good for one thing is lies fraud and price gouging. they put a 3-ton air unit in when we had a 2 1/2-ton that's what are receipt says.
the google reviews you can't trust and the BBB you can't trust because the companies are paying the BBB Fraud in the inducement occurs when a person tricks another person into signing an agreement to one's disadvantage by using fraudulent statements and representations. Because fraud negates the "meeting of the minds" required of a contract, the injured party can seek damages or terminate the contract. I REFUSE TO BE BULLIED BY AND HARASSED BY THIS COMPANY. AND NO ONE IS GOING TO TELL WHO I CAN POST A REVIEW ON. AND I HAVE ALL THE PROOF I NEED TO EXPOSE THE TRUTH.some things I am not posting yet we just sent all the infomation to synchrony bank certifed mail to the fraud department and the pinelas county told me that nobody in the palm harbor area has paid over $7000 for an air unit. I refuse to be ripped off. I will keep fighting

The technician was told my partner had eye imparment and could not see and the technician told him it was the credit application and it was not the credit app it was the companys contract and my partner was on the phone with his dr and heard the whole thing. so you have no idea what you are talking about.

If YOU are signing something, don't you think YOU should READ what it is BEFORE you agree to its terms? Since you need to ask somebody what it is, coupled with your poorly written posting, there's an excellent chance you don't have the slightest clue of what you're talking about! Get yourself a keeper since you don't seem to have the level of education to make common sense decisions.
