Fraud Fighters Law Firm is owned by Samuel Doncaster. Mr. Doncaster was formally reprimanded and placed on a two year probation on 8/18/2023 by the State Bar of Arizona involving several charges of serious attorney misconduct. This can be confirmed by visiting the State Bar of Arizona website. Mr. Doncaster is also being sued in a multi-million dollar lawsuit for attorney malpractice in Maricopa County Superior Court Case no. CV2023-051770.  Read Mr. Doncaster's reviews which speak for themselves.  Many of his "positive" Google reviews are from current staff and his family members such as Valentina Guerrero, his assistant at the firm, and Lindsay Proctor, his wife.

I have interacted with Mr. Doncaster on numerous occasions as opposing counsel. In my personal opinion, Mr. Doncaster is intelligent, technically skilled, but also socially inept, reckless, unprofessional, and unethical. Mr. Doncaster's behavior is not only bizarre, but also disturbing in my personal opinion. As an example, I have personally witnessed Mr. Doncaster erratically spin in his chair, pull at his hair, and experience breakdowns during case related meetings. Mr. Doncaster even recently went so far as to email my attorney with a description of my girlfriend's car despite her never having any involvement in the litigation whatsoever. I personally believe that this was all in a desperate attempt to try and intimidate and harass me. In addition, Mr. Doncaster demanded the name of my attorney's wife during a recent teleconference, and threatened to sue her for no legitimate reason whatsoever.

It's been almost 2 years since Mr. Doncaster and his client originally filed suit in a simple Breach of Contract case. Since then, the case has gone nowhere, and by Mr. Doncaster's own admission, he stated the case was "still in its infancy". In my personal opinion, Mr. Doncaster seems to purposefully stall things out simply to continue billing the parties. If he was "that good" this case would have been resolved long ago.
