Full Body Health CBD Gummies BioLyfe P False advertising of warranty and price for CBD Gummies NYC NY
I purchased CBD Gummies and capsules on order #2F50E807CE for a net amount of $182.00. I received them on 3/22/24. The website I bought them from (see above URL) shows a full 90 day warranty and states "We’re so confident that CBD will work for you, that we are going to take on 100% of the risk and protect your purchase by giving you a full 3 months to try FullBody CBD Gummies out without risking a dime". There are no other terms and conditions. I sent an email on 6/19/22 asking for a full refund as they did not work at all for me. No one responded. After 7 emails, one v.m., and one phone call between 6/19-7/21/24 I finally got an email response today 7/22/24, saying their policy is 30 days, so no refund. On 7/12/24 I sent them a copy of their 90 day warranty along with the URL and got no response. Today after I got their email, I sent another email proving the URL for the 90 day warranty. Later I called and after I explained my issue, I was hung up on deliberately by 3 reps: Kevin, Glydel, and Ashley. After my 4th phone call today I finally got a rep who agreed to transfer me to a manager named El. She repeated the same line about a 30 day return policy, and could not explain to me why their website still says 90 days, nor could she provide proof of the 30 days. I told her it was false advertising and she didn't care. Additionally when they first billed me $259.99. When I called and told them that was not the advertised amount, they finally credited me a total of $79.99 to bring it down to the advertised price of $182.00. They are scammers for the price, the efficacy of the product, and the warranty and potential customers need to be warned. This company billed me through the name of BioLyfe at a phone # of 855-867-4104, so that may be the parent company.
