I did not choose this company after getting a bunch of quotes on line. I chose a very reputable company with an A+ Rating with the BBB. The broker I chose showed me a screen shot of the national dispatch board known as Central Dispatch. Goliath Auto Transportation put my order on the dispatch board as if they were given my permission to move my vehicle. I never spoke to these idiots and would never work with a company that was so overly aggressive they were willing to lie to every carrier out there acting as though they have an order to move (when in fact they do not have that permission). WHO THE HELL DO THEY THINK THEY ARE?
My broker told me that this action does three things:
1) it causes a delay getting the vehicle picked up. If the vehicle is posted twice (once by the legitimate company and one by Goliath (playing games), carriers may shy way from this load and take other loads not involved in this type of conflict.
2) it completely infuriates carriers. When carriers see a company like Goliath is clearly willing to break all the rules and post a vehicle without authorization...... what else are they willing to do to scam the customer ... OR SCAM THE CARRIER!!! Carriers avoid companies like Goliath Auto Transport. This is why Goliath is a relatively new company. They will change their name soon and start the scamming all over again under a different name.
3) It scares consumers. They don't know what to think so they elect to drive the car. Less experienced and elderly drivers are now at risk for no reason.
SHAME ON GOLIATH FOR ACTING IN A FRAUDULENT MANNER. SHAME ON BRENDEN KURTYKA THE OWNER FOR SCAMMING CUSTOMER THIS WAY.

Buyer beware!
I was told this is a common scam in the auto transport industry. Young sales people with no idea how to treat a customer or how to make a proper sale.... they pull this scam. When the truckers call Goliath for the order.... they call the customer claiming to have a truck all lined up for them. In reality they will take any truck and most definitely the first truck that calls them because they want to beat all the legitimate companies to the punch. The unsuspecting customer just got ripped off because Goliath Auto Transport doesn't care about their customers. If they did they would take their time to evaluate the carriers.... start at a lower price.... weed through the carriers that want the load and make sure the customer gets the best truck. Goliath just wants to scam the customer by posting it on the board. The broker I chose moved my car for much lower than the price Goliath was trying to scam me with
