I bought a vehicle of Emma Shelton who informed me the vehicle was in excellent condition. I also have text. I brought the car home (5hrs. away). It started to rain!!! I noticed my car was leaking in the drivers floor board. I notified Ms. Shelton of the issue and she had me bring the car to the nearest BMW Dealer.

The day I took my car to get serviced I was notified of  two accidents. This dealership ran a "accurate" car fax. The dealership that fixed my car stated that the leak was due to the accident that I was unaware of. I notified Ms. Shelton and she will no longer answer my calls. I notified Curtis and he stated he has washed his hands of this matter that as far as he cares this issue is closed.

My car is still leaking!!! Its very musky, when its humid the smell will knock you down. The dealership that fixed the issue willno longer touch it because of the accidents. The issue that needs addressed isnt covered under the warranty. I bought my car Nov. 20th of 18. Its May 23rd. I went out of my way and bought from Grayson BMW. Worst mistake of my life.

I travel 2,300 miles a month to work. I bought a BMW because they are known for high miles. I would not of bought a faulty vehicle knowing I travel that much. My car is leaking, the mold smell will knock you down. This car is a lemon, they was well aware. I dont want anything that isnt mine but I want whats fair. This car needs bought back and put in a junk yard.

Yes, I did my research! I did not run the vin number myself but I had what the dealer website provided as a car fax. When the car was serviced, the dealership at which I serviced it at Gabe me the "legit” car fax.

I trusted the dealership thinking when the website stated zero accidents one owner it was in good condition. I bought my car off of the internet. I’m 5hrs. away so that kinda changes things up some. The vehicle was delivered to me. I’ve bought my last 4 vehicles offline with no issues.

In other words, you didn't even bother to take this thing for a test drive, did you? If this problem is THAT obvious, you would have noticed it at THAT time. You say you did research? What about the VERY OBVIOUS FACT used BMW's are an acknowledged money pit?

I know dealers who will not sell used BMW's for that very reason! Did you get a warranty or did you buy it "as is". If there was no warranty, then yes, the dealership has no responsibility in providing you free warranty service! You say you did research???

Do you think it's an example of honesty and integrity when a dealer charged you a $500 bogus, add-on phony fee with an official sounding name designed to deceive you? Yes, you sure did your research!
