Through Google I found this company, which offered a carpet cleaning service for a 3 bedroom house and up to 200 sqft for $69.00. I scheduled an appointment and hired the service through the website. On the scheduled day a boy, rude, abused and with improper clothes comes to my address and says that for cleaning my carpet, scheduled cleaning is not useful and tries to persuade me to hire a service over $450.00... As I started to question him, rle then says to give a discount to $350.00.... As I am Brazilian and I was already from Miami, I accepted the service he said he would provide and guaranteed that it would be well done.
Nothing agreed was done, he did such a bad cleaning that I was left with a brush to redo the service I hired. I ask him to redo where it was still dirty and he refused. In addition to refusing to do the service, he insulted my husband by calling him a dr a*s, for not realizing that that dirt had no way to be cleaned.
