I sign 2 contracts with Jorge Ramirez and gave him $10,000. He kept telling me that he applied for the permits and that he needed more money. I sent him another $500 by Zelle and then realized he hadn’t submitted anything to the city.
Now he is not answering my calls or texts. I even hired an attorney to send him letters but he is ignoring them. I am taking them to court.
