Holding family living trust hostage for ransom in a prrobate court. Pour-over-wills, none of the parties are heir to any estate and the probate judges refuses to dismiss for want of jurisdiction.

Total and complete disregard for the rule of law unless procedure is conventient to avoid substance. 10 years in Harris County Probate Court in a non-probate trrt case filed ancillary to a closed estate to which none of thetrust  beneficiaries are heir. Pour-over-wills approved unchallenged.

Trustee is not de jure, 11 years withouty an evidentiary hearing and summary judgment entered against de jure trustee/beneficiary.
