RUN!!!! AWFUL!!!

I worked with Tamaz and his team on my kitchen cabinets. To my dismay, only half of my order was delivered, and to add insult to injury, the pieces that were delivered were the wrong size. The day after delivery, I reached out to Tamaz, expecting a prompt resolution, only to be met with a dismissive 'I know' as if my issue was insignificant. It's important to note that he did not proactively inform me about the incomplete order.

He then proceeded to say he just found out, but when he forwarded the emails from the manufacturer, I saw that he was advised of the delay PRIOR to delivery. Yet he never told me!!!

 For anyone dealing with a home renovation, you understand that there is a timeline and contractors have a strict schedule, and there is very much an order to things. I could have contacted my contractor and rescheduled the installation of the cabinets and this wouldn’t of been an issue.

I was then promised that the remaining cabinets would be delivered on Friday between 12pm-3pm. Tamaz assured me that we would be first on the list of deliveries, ensuring the cabinets would arrive while the subcontractor was at my home and paid for. However, the delivery was delayed, and I had to pay for a full day of the subcontractor's work, which was a significant financial loss. Because we are currently not living at home, I sat in my car, waiting for the delivery until 6pm. They did not arrive until the next day!

Another issue that added to my frustration was the lack of communication. Despite their promises to provide a status update and call me back, I was left waiting in vain. I had to initiate all the calls, which was not only time-consuming but also added to my stress and dissatisfaction because I missed a full day of work. Again, more money out of my pocket.

Because of the delay, my cabinet installation was pushed to the weekend and I had to pay my contractor time and a half.

My issue is not with the delay, things happen. My issue is that he never notified me about the delay when he found out about the delay. In addition, I had to contact him and push back my project which is costing me money. When I explained this to him he could careless and continued to ask what the problem was. The problem is money out of my pocket which could have been prevented with a simple call.

We are now a week since all of this took place and I am still missing the correct size cabinet. My countertops are supposed to be templated in 3 days and the cabinet will not be here in time. He still finds this no big deal. He has repeatedly told me to just put something there as a placeholder. The fabrication company will not allow this because they are liable if the stone is cut incorrectly. So we had to push the job back other week. Two weeks in total. Again, “it is no big deal”.

The cabinet is part of my island which also includes my range. The placement of each has to be precise. As most know, stone is very expensive.

Not only has my renovation been pushed further back but I have lost a ton of money because I have had to send professionals back to my house several times.  I have missed time from work because I have had to call him repeatedly to get a response or run to my house for deliveries that ended up never arriving. He has called me crazy and has hung up on me. I have lost so much money because of this man.
