I purchased something online from a website that used ICanPay as their payment processor, they payment said it failed but they still charged my credit card. I contacted their support and was given the run around for weeks, eventually I had to call my bank and reverse the charge.
Their support is woeful, their support guy Bruce Lee is rude and does not know how to fix problems. If you Google Bruce Lee, ICanPay or Comcopious you find countless other similar stories.
What I don't understand is how Mastercard and Visa still allow them to use their service? When these guys are blatant criminals.
