Let me start off my saying that if anyone at Jack Sweeney say that they are professionals and not corrupt.

I started off with dealing with Kevin from 722 Redemption that was recommended ny my law office after filing for bankruptcy.  I should have known better to continue with the process after Kevin and I had a disagress about the montly payment of the car that I had decided on.  We quoted me one price but when I relaid to him about the pervious converstation that we just had the day before, he all but called me a liar.

During one of our many converstation I asked him about the car inspection and he assured me that all the cars go though a multi point inspection, I later found out after receiving the car that was a lie.

After, I decided to move forward with the process I then was introduce to the biggest jerk I have ever meet that works directly with Jack Sweeney, Morgan Thomas.  He is th biggest a*s whole and the rudest SOB I have ever meant.

During out converstation over the phone before I got the car he was the nicest man ever.  After receiving the car and I had issues with the tune up and rountine maintance he turned into an absolute jerk.  When the car was dropped off at my home the delivery guy told me that the maintenance light had just start to come on. So I spoke with Morgan and voice my concern with him and he told me that the car was still under Toyota care and take it dealership and the maintenance would be covered.

Well of course that was not the truth.  After taken it to my local Toyota dealership I was told that it was no longer under warranty because of the milage.  I was on my way out of town and I had to go ahead and pay the $300.00 out of pocket so that I could get the car maintnance.

After leaving the dealership, I call Morgan Thomas to discuss this issue with him for a reinbusement of the cost.  Before I could even explained fully why I was calling he started yelling at me and questioning me why I was calling him and that this was regualer maintenance with having a car.

Mind you at this time I had not even had the car a full month.  I had paid them my down payment,  and had to come out of my pocket for 300.00 and then a few weeks later make my first payment. I shouldn't have to had to pay for maintenance on a car I had yet to make my first payment on.

So, after this horrible experience I called the dealership to try to get the corporate number and report this abusive behavior.  Low and be hold, I receieve the same type of treatment.  The man that answered the phone would not provide me any information, would not transfer me to someone in change and would not give me a follow up number so I could speak to someone else. After, I wouldn't give him my name and number he hung up the phone in my face.

What ever horror story you read about Jack Sweeney is the absolute truth. They are a horrible company to do busy with.  Don't subject yourself to this bad treatment no matter how bad you need a car.  Do business with professional people who car how they treat people who are spending there hard earn money.

This is the way that have been doing business for  a long time and this is the culture of the company. How else to you think that they are comfortable in treating people they way they do. They are not afaird of lossing there jobs so the owners are okay with these business tactics.

If this guy was a jerk, why did you reward them with a sale when you could have walked out? Did you bother to read the contract you agreed to? How much in BOGUS FEES did they hit you up for? You said made references to you "receiving" the car and a delivery guy.

Did you even bother to see this car, take it for a test drive and check it over? It is true this dealership is NOT high on the list of honesty and integrity which means you shouldn't have gone there and under no circumstances should you EVER buy any used car sight unseen.
