This company destroyed my car, and they are very unprofessional. I hired this company for a wax, wash, and for them to get the swirls out of my car. The owner Jamin Barksdale damaged my paint, and I have no idea what kind of chemicals he put on my car. There are even worser scratches/swirls on my car, and now my paint is super dull now. The owner told me that he did his job, and my car look better than he did before which is a complete lie.
I paid him $250.00 for him to make my car look good, and now it look horrible. I told the owner that I want my money back, and he refuse to give me a refund! His attitude is very nasty, and he is money hungry. I tried to give this company a chance since it is black owned, but it is obvious they are very uneducated how to properly detail a customers car.
I can’t believe that I have to deal with this mess, and have someone else what they messed up! I would like my refund back for my $250.00 for their service immediately. I have attempted to contact the owner via phone, and via email in which he has ignored reaching back out to me. All I want is my money back so, I can have my car repaired the correct way. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!
