My microwave display board was glitching. I was led to Justanswer.com through some online searching of my problem. I was hooked up with an online "technician" for $5 (nothing was said about also signing up for a monthly membership at $40/month that never expires) named "James." On James' advice I purchased a part online for about $70 or so. This part did not fix my problem. Justanswer.com charged me $40/month X 2 months before I caught what was going on, plus the initial $5. So, with the $70 part which was incorrect plus the $85 I've been charged by Justanswer.com, I am now out $155 and my microwave still has not been fixed correctly.
I did manage to get into my account to cancel my membership and I received a confirmtation of that but no refund.
