This woman isn't a medical professional doctor. This was wrong to be unprofessional catty like that with patient. I went to SunRise Hospital got treated properly. X-Ray found fractured been hospitalized for three days The charge nurse at UMC wanted to argue with me instead of treat me as a patient.

Charge nurse at UMC wanted to prove her power point with me a patient with SVT, rapid heart rate, need surgery, high blood pressure, two strokes. This UMC CHARGE NURSE focus were more on arguing with her patient. Iriate arouse provoke the patient to become more upset. Instead of leaving the room. Allow herself and patient to have calming down moment. She stood debating with patient. But Medicare and Medicaid are paying for health professionals to give forth good quality care.
