Do not go to Dr. Goretti h*o Taghva she is a conniving manipulative human being who only cares about money and is a sloppy unskilled surgeon. I wrote an honest review on realself about my botched surgery and she hasn't responded to me which it's not surprising, it's the same attitude I encountered once I let her know my concerns, I was completely ignored until I asked many times for an explanation, I got a list of excuses instead which I will be sharing in my next update.
She has many good reviews because she offers $200-$300 credit towards any treatments for each good review. Do not trust the good reviews. I have seen on yelp another patient who is been botched after having the same procedure by Dr. Taghva. That's the exact problem with excuses and not taking responsibility, the same mistake will happen again. After I wrote my review many people messaged me to tell me they were also botched by Dr. Goretti h*o Taghva, and other people appreciated me sharing my experience, especially because they were considering her to perform the same procedure, I'm happy I can help, even if it's a little.
I have forever scars mentally and physically now because of this. I also wanted to add, I feel like she got to experiment with me, she made 2 cuts under the areola with the excuse that it was a bit "tight" in there, the shape of my breasts in the area is exactly the same as before, just slightly more volume like the rest of my breasts, seeing that, I feel those cuts made no difference apart from leaving me with 2 very obvious scars...one of the reasons some of us prefer fat transfer is to avoid those exact scars. I want to warn everyone thinking of doing any cosmetic surgery DO NOT go to THE INCOMPETENT AWFUL BOTCHED DR. GORETTI h*o TAGHVA.

Dr. Goretti h*o Taghva has the worst reputation. She used to work as a plastic surgeon at Wave plastic surgery and had had so many Botched procedures she had to start a new practice under LEA Plastic Surgery. She aggressively removes any bad reviews by hiring reputation management attorneys and due to the sheer amount of Botched patients there are still some real negative reviews.
This type of fraudulent review manipulation should be stopped and all real negative reviews must be protected. Many unsuspecting and unfortunate patients are Botched by Dr. Goretti h*o Taghva.
