They have their cheap bass playing all the time throughout the day and night when I try to focus on my work, I work from home and the noise is grating at my nerves that I cannot sleep, make money or concentrate, it is very hostile environment.
Kids are always screaming and running around and their mutt barks all day.

That sucks...bass sounds carrries a long way..i've seen your complaint before guess it still continues. If it was once in a week i could deal with the noise but this sounds much more. Cant the police respond to a noise complaint?...Bummer.
