The saga continues. I finally got the ethics violation hearing with RAPB (real association of palm beach) against Zaman the Scammer over with. And also an appeal for the scammer b/c his 200-page of nothing to appeal, but he got sympathy from the people at RAPB. He was granted an appeal hearing a few months later. You think that they would just kick the stupid lazy malignant fraud pig out of the Association like a cancer, but nope. The appeal is over with and he was fined $3000. Just $3000??!!! He didn't pay it within 30 days, and now he is fined $6000. So the scammer now spent $400 to sue RAPB for what... I dunno.
I don't understand any of the gibberish he writes in any of his frivolous lawsuits. And I'm not sure why the legal system is so defective that they don't dismiss all of the gibberish sooner. Why must these cases languish in the Palm Beach County courthouse. Going back to RAPB and the con-man.... so after May, if he doesn't pay $6000, they are supposed to have a board meeting on what to do next with the scammer. I sure hope that they will kick the scumbag out to the curb - finally - and I hope that they don't let his frivolous lawsuit make them back down which is the scumbag's intent.
I am keeping my fingers cross that the licensing dept also revokes his license. He's had his license since 2012 and according to the scammer's lawsuit, RAPB was receiving ethic violations against him almost every year starting in 2015. RAPB should be out protecting the people in Florida against scammers like him. Stay tuned.
