I order a 3 ring necklace from this company, thinking it was made in the U.S. However I discovered after the fact that the company is located overseas in Nazareth, Isreal. I was told that the gift would be delivered on or about the 18th of December. I looked up the status of order on thier website and it says it was completed and shipped.

However the gift recipient has not recieved the package yet (and its the 20th of December now). So, I contacted FedEx international today. At first, the only information they could find in their system was the package was somewhere in Germany. They stated that they would follow up on it and get back to me. About 15 minutes later, FedEx international called me back and stated that they had been in contact with the company and that the package was still at the company warehouse waiting to be shipped, as they had not completed the required paperwork to accompany the package for it to clear Customs. 

I have attempted to locate a phone number and physical address for this company. No phone number (in the U.S. or overseas) could be found. I found an address to the company at the bottom of my order confirmation email. Upon further research of the address, I found that the address belongs to a "Mail Express" location listed as a FedEx authorized shipper in Middletown DE. So there is no physical address to mail anything to in the U.S. 

I have attempted twice now to reach out to this company for an explaination as to when or if I will receive my order and if it will be ontime for Christmas. I stll have not heard back from them. 

My next course of action will be to see if I can get a return on my money for this order if it can't be delivered ontime for Christmas. With this being an overseas company, I will have to admit I am not overly optimistic about getting it back. I will keep you posted.

I just got off the phone with FedEx international and they are saying that even though the systems shows that the package is in Germany, that they DO NOT have physical custody of the package at their shipping site. So I don't know who to believe. I have forward that information on to the MyNameNecklace in an email, but have not had a reply back yet. I don't imagine I will get a reply until tomorrow. Either way, my presumtion is that this package will NOT be here ontime for Christmas, if at all. 

I have asked for compensation from the company, but will have to wait and see if that happens.

Well I finally received an email from the company stating the order was shipped and was in Germany and is supposedly to be delivered on the 24th of December. I have cut and pasted the latest tracking info from FedEx website. It appears the order has been at the FedEx terminal in Germany for 4 days now. FedEx is telling me one thing and the buisness another and the two don't match up. Imagine that. Further updates to come.
