Pedro Ulloa Peter Ulloa Casa Designs Turned in the same plans without addressing any corrections to the city THREE TIMES. This took place over the course of four months and costed me a ton in rent payments. THEN, I had to hire a licensed architect to complete the work needed and it was approved a week later. Peter/Pedro was so incompetent and refused to own up to his mistakes. Victorville California
Peter/Pedro Ulloa of Casa Design is a crook, and a very smart crook. He turned in the same set of plans three separate times, but never actually addressed the corrections. He would blame the city for incompetence, claiming they are reading his plans incorrectly. However, I spoke to the head planner myself and saw the evidence that Peter lazily submitted the same plans over and over again, so he was getting the same list of plan corrections everytime but not addressing them. That costed me several months in rent, delays, and I had to hire another licensed architect for this project and it was approved in a week.
