REIWEbTools Esenica Inc. Upon instruction they sent me out there to find real estate deals and when I found them and ask them for a contract to confirm these deals they told me I didn’t know what I was doing walk away and go read property acquisitions I was given fraudulent practices and when I performed them they told me I was doing illegal Real estate Tampa Florida
I enrolled in the REI WebTools for real estate wholesaling I was told to go and find buyers and sellers on craigslist which I did when I found people that were ready to be put under contract I was told by my coach to walk away , that I didn’t know what I was doing and go back and read property acquisitions they would not help me complete any deals And I gathered up all those buyers and sellers and deals for their personal use you are even encouraged to start your own company with even more people gathering information for their personal use .
you have to split every deal with them 50% and they have to tell you everything to say and do before they help you , you literally are not allowed to have any mind of your own They charge $1000 to start which you are not supposed to pay until you secure your first deal which will take you forever since they prolong it ,and then you pay $100 a month which they’re going to make sure they get that from you as long as they can This could’ve really been a good program but through greed and fraudulent practices it should be stopped please beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!
