Richard Ransom reached out to 100's of actors via email. He was able to get information off of an "Actors" job site.
The email basically asked the "actors" to send a 3 minute audition video of themselves and send it in as an audition to be casted on a new TV Reality series called "Hollywood House"
The emails started going out to various actors in July or August. Richard Ransom and his producers were going to choose 7 individuals to be casted.
He communicated with the candidates through his "Hollywood House" facebook page, choosing 1 or 2 candidates every month.
Around September timeframe he started promoting shares which was suppose to allow the cast and fan base to buy into the show as an investment. He stated that the candidate that had the most shares purchased by supporters by the end of the casting window would automatically be casted on to the show. The purchase started at $3.00 per share.
Richard Ransom would have special promotions in regards to the shares to encourage people to purchase more.. Richard collected over $30,000.00 in shares purchased.
By November Richard Ransom grew the cast from 7 to 18 actors. But a half of the cast received a bogus contracts, grew suspicious and realized that things did not add up. After careful research, they were concerned about a a lot of things in regards to Richard Ransom and "Hollywood House" (see below)
The list goes on and on...
By January, most of the cast had dropped out except for 9 people.
Richard Ransom had them convinced that everything that he had been accused of in the past was a lie.
He later told the cast that he had been diagnosed with cancer and would have to postpone the show. The cancer diagnosis has not yet been confirmed.
The longer this went on the worse it got. The last straw occurred when one of the producers from "Dr. Phil" reached out to Richard Ransom and wanted to speak to him about the details of the show. At that point he panicked and sent out an email immediately to all the remaining cast members. See below....
To this day none of the supporters or cast members of Hollywood House have received any refunds from the shares that were purchased nor have they heard from Richard Ransom.
Before doing business with him, do your research.

This b*****d stole thousands of dollars from me while I was living under his roof. Took my food stamps, stimulus checks, debit cards, clothes, and things such as whitening strips (things of significant value). (((REDACTED))) He’s in Phoenix, Az. He is lying out the butt about his actual issues and was asking for handouts from the church he goes to.
They paid 3,000$ for rent even though i was paying me portion for those months. He owes all of you more than me. Richard Owen Ransom, Richard Owen McDowell (not sure about this because he just added it to his profile on Facebook), And soon to be Richard Owen Sonterro. Please make this guy pay. He’s never had cancer. Never. The most he has is diabetes and a craving for trouble.

Everything stated about Richard Ramsom, Richard Burnson or whatever name he is using. I am one of the 7 castmates that received the letter that was posted by email referring to Dr Phil. He is a fraud and I never received my money back nor did my relatives and friends for these shares. He gave us fake contracts and held conference calls almost every other week with the cast. We will find you and we will get our money back
