Robert Grin - Fine Homes Real Estate **Complain**:
It was the worst desicion of my life to press dial when I came across the phone number of Robert Grin and Fine Homes Real Estate.
At first I was so excited and was sure I will find the perfect investment when he introduced himself as this professional real estate broker with years of experience. He assured me I have nothing to worry while bragging about the big names and clients he worked with. I truly believed this man gonna help me find the investment I was looking for but it came out as a big mistake and a complete waste of time.
Robert Grin showed me a few properties and while showing the different properties he constantly tried to get my attention and interest towards a specific one. Even tho it was kinda odd, I felt like he was being pretty professional about it but everything changed in a second. As this specific property he tried getting my attention on wasn't really fitting what I was looking for, I told him I am interested in a different one he showed me, and from that moment everything changed. At first he just suddenly got extremely rude and unprofessional, he was always in a rush, never had time, started avoiding my calls and messages at first while saying he's bussy and don't have time, and then he started to ignore me completely, he dragged me like this for almost a month when at the end he asked me to stop bothering him because he doesn't have time and the property is not available no more. This was the biggest waste of time in my life and Robert Grin was the most UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT REAL ESTATE BROKER I EVER MET.
Real Estate in Toronto is hard enough nowadays to be wasting your time and money on rude, lying & unprofessional real estate broker/company. I strongly advise you to STAY AWAY FROM ROBERT GRIN AND FINE HOMES REAL ESTATE for the sake of your time and money. Fine Homes Real Estate should go out of business IMMEDIATELY and Robert Grin should have his real estate license taken away for good.

Absolutely ridiculous, how is this company still working legal?! Robert Grin tried to scam me and my husband for our money asking for extra fees that were proven to be false by a lawyer. Wasted months dealing with this guy and only lost money on lawyers. Fine Homes should be shut down and Robert Grin should have his license taken away for life. Avoid dealing with them at all costs as they will try to steal your money. - Andy.

The good Professor would have also been correct had he said it’s a person’s worst fear.
