Sara Cohen and Moshe Cohen rent out properties but are horrible landlords ! They seemed like a nice older couple at first BUT THEN renting from them turned out to be a nightmare !!! From time contract was signed it started off: -Made us change our own locks or we had to pay them over $100 to change them - Charged us fees for everything including cleaning and the place was STILL a mess when we moved in -Doors to laundry room broke and they just left them for us to store -Had to do repairs and buy new toilet seats - They would show up unannounced and wanted to charge fees for everything -Turned out to be extremely disrespectful and RACIST! If you are a minority STAY AWAY! -Never fixed screen doors The worst came when the condo flooded due to a pipe breaking in the unit upstairs. We had to stay in a hotel for a month ! After that month which MY insurance pic for was up they still had not finished fixing the condo because they were being CHEAP and PICKY with what floor to install and color to put on the walls!!! While I’m still having to pay rent and live in a hotel! While I was at the hotel they WENT THROUGH MY STUFF and STOLE MY PROPERTY ! They "let me " out of my lease and charged me another "cleaning fee” even though it was a mess because of their contractors ! They returned only some of my deposit and afterwards OPENED MY MAIL ! These people are horrible ! I am still finding out stuff coming up missing a month later after I unpacked. They are RUDE, CHEAP!!!!!& RACIST! Found out they are raising the price too , I was paying $1025 with a pet fee of $45 . This place is remodeled from a nasty sewer flood ! BEWARE! Also the upstairs neighbors are their friends and they will tell them all your business and expect hefty fees and never feeling at peace in ur home not to mention the fact the Moshe is a pervert ! Keep away from them or you will lose so much MONEY,TIME,& VALUABLES !!
