SEL Supply Chain Solutions Dennis Martin SELCS Violated the terms of your contract without warning or notice. Ft Worth Texas
DO not get into business with these guys. The Owner, Dennis Martin has a very bad drinking problem and is prone to get upset and fire people in the middle of the night without any warning. I know for a fact that at least 4 people in the last 2 months have been fired in the middle of the night over the weekend without any reason or warning. Two of them they even tried to apologize and bring back on.
Per our contracts they are required to give at least 15 days written notice before they can "let you go" which has obviuosly not been the case. They have made major wholesale changes and rebranding in the last few months and none of it is for the better.
They now Factor bills They changed insurance companies and now pay a lower premium which significatly reduced the number of carriers we are allowed to use. The people that were fired were hard workers and were replaced by friends and family members of Dennis.
All of there advertising is non stop about Dennis and his $20 million dollar agency. 1) dennis measures in gross revenue not GP so his $20 million is closer to $6 million. 2) the reason Dennis is pushing so hard to add new agents to his "Family" is because he lost almost all of that business and is now dependent on others to make him money.

stay away from this broker do not understand what can happen on the road picked up an empty trailer of them they gave it to me for 7 days the truck of my work broke down we explained I have the emails where we told them that the truck was decomposed and they invent that we did not answer the messages I have proof that if we explain what was happening but the woman called gaby she is rue does not understand
if you do not want to get bad reviews do not take any very bad load I try to tell you that I was going to pay for the late delivery time but they do not understand only want to do damage to other people are not professionals.
stay away from them if you don't want them to put you bad and comments to your authorities

The person that submitted this report had been put on notice prior to being terminated for providing internal communication to an individual who had been terminated due to a violation of our company policy, and the former employee receiving the emails was working for a competitor at that time.
