I made an order almost 2 weeks ago that has yet to even show up on my account for their website let alone been shipped! I contacted them 3 different ways and finally got a response from instagram after being told i woild get a response from their other contacts within 24 hours. They told me their was a high demand for the products but that did not explain why it does not show up on my account when i did not have this problem when I purchased from them before. Days later, I am still waiting with no respose and now all of a sudded you cant even call their customer service because it wont be available for the rest of the week! My order number was 1119 but i dont even know if they even will process it if it wont show on my account. It says i made no purchases when I did. My money has been gone almost 2 weeks with nothing to show for it.
