We went to Spirit Halloween yesterday evening. We purchased costumes, and accessories under the impression it was like any other store. If the costumes did not fit or if it was damaged you can return for refund. There was no signs/ literature saying no refunds. The only thing that said that was the receipt after you made the purchase. We tried to call them about a hour later, and Noone answered.
The costume for my daughter was defective due to the zipper not working. So my wife went to return the costumes today, and was told no refund. Only a store credit would apply.
