I ordered a set of barstools from them through Amazon. They sent me a pair of cushions. I contacted Stores123 about the error through Amazon, and they insisted I had ordered cushions even though at the very top of the message they sent me, it has a picture and description of what I ordered which was--shockingly--a set of outdoor barstools.
I then complained directly to Amazon--who messaged them through the same thread the company had used to tell me it was my mistake, not theirs--who told them to fill the order. They ignored it. They just instructed me to return their cushions through Amazon. I told them I would be happy to return the cushions as soon as they confirmed they would fill my order.
They said they would not send me the barstools because it was a "listing error" and thank you for your cooperation due to the pandemic. Amazon will give me a refund but refuses to involve themselves any further. I am not buying their lame excuses nor am I giving up on receiving what I ordered. "Listing error" is not a satisfactory explanation from a company that advertises a product for sale, sends something else in its place, then offers up diotic excuses.
