Complaint Review: Texas Perallegal guy - Shreveport LA

I have initiated a Federal Lawsuit against him for fraud, Libel, Slander and Violation of Terms of Conditions, Privacy Policy and PMA Agreement. I will forward the cause number to you as soon as I am able to serve him with lawsuit. 

Mr. Dorsey, Provided an address to where correspondence can be initiated by himself or for a response from this Private Member Association. We have logged his IP Address, phone numbers, addresses, associations with other parties to produce slanderous statements via social media. We have attempted service of a State Lawsuit at the address provided, and just like we mailed (an emailed) his birth certificate back to him at the end his membership, nothing has been returned, via USPS. I will forward all correspondence to you for observation and upon inspection, remove alleged false and moot reports from this site, as it is evidence that will be used in pending lawsuit in Federal Court, if not removed in a timely fashion.

My Company is called Global Communications Entertainment Group, not Global Communications, so this report is false just on that premise. We also, have spoke with Mr. Dorsey on several occassions and his attitude was always negative and Counter-Productive. 

Ruby Alexander, who is no longer employed by my company, is filing a lawsuit against Mr. Dorsey for making False Claims against her, because he can not get me to entertain this foolishness. 

George Dorsey Jr, failed to complete a PMA Application on file, a was trying to use the services as a Non-Member. We caught him and instead of correcting the issue, he decided to go this route, without Arbritration or any means to resolve this issue, according to the PMA Agreement and Terms of Conditions because he feels he is not "Bound by an agreement he never signed or agreed to."

After careful consideration, the board elected to Terminate his Membership and return his documents to the address listed on the UCC 1 Financial Statement provided by Mr. Dorsey. There's no valid reason for our organization to hold documents of Terminated, Expired or Non-Members beyond 60 days after membership expires. These Policies in place, prevents others from viewing, downloading or printing documents from Non-Members or expired accounts.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Global Communications Entertainment Group cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Global Communications Entertainment Group customer support team.

A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Global Communications Entertainment Group with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Global Communications Entertainment Group to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Global Communications Entertainment Group will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

Free Trial

Global Communications Entertainment Group may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time (“Free Trial”).

You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial.

If you do enter your billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, you will not be charged by Global Communications Entertainment Group until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.

At any time and without notice, Global Communications Entertainment Group reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.

Fee Changes

Global Communications Entertainment Group, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

Global Communications Entertainment Group will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Refunds

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees and Costs for services are non-refundable.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you, without appropriate authorization. You may not use as a username any name that is offensive, vulgar or obscene.

ARTICLE I Declaration of Purpose

WHEREAS, this Association of members hereby declares that our main objective is to maintain and improve the civil rights, constitutional guarantees and political freedom for every member and citizen of the United States of America. We believe that the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America guarantees our members free speech, petition, assembly, and the right to gather together for the lawful purpose of advising and helping one another in asserting our rights under the Federal and State Constitutions and Statutes. We also declare the basic right of all of our members to select spokesmen from our number who could be expected to give wisest counsel and advice concerning the need for legal assistance.

WHEREAS, I understand that it may be necessary for the member to engage attorneys, paralegals, accountants, or other service providers that are outside of the scope of this agreement. In such case, it is solely at the discretion and expense of the member and will not affect or alter the terms of this Agreement in any way.

WHEREAS, I understand that I will be responsible for proof-reading all documents emailed to me. I understand I may need to print and execute such letters prior to returning them to the Association. I understand I will be required to communicate with a Support Representative with any questions and or concerns and provide all documents requested within (3) three business days of date requested.

WHEREAS, in the event of a disagreement or complaint with a Trustee or our staff, the Association will attempt to resolve the issue in a professional manner. The Association understands this process can be stressful time; however, the Association insists that all communication between the members and the Association be conducted in a polite and professional manner. I understand I can be terminated as a member of the Association by a Trustee for a breach of the Articles of Association.

Still hasn't refunded my money for Services and has not returned my Birth Certificate. Worse person on the planet. If you deal with him or the female that is his partner will have you in jail real fast.

His partner Ruby Alexander is in on it also. They claim to help file a ucc1 but instead they still your money. 

 

Why do people Lie? How am I scamming people? Most people that come here are not computer savvy enough to move around at a copable speed. There are classes setup to walk you through every process on our site, virtually impossible to get lost. Every process works because I, as well as 1000's of others, are operating properly and within their Estate: As Grantor of the Revocal Trust. Every Trust must have a TRUSTEE to administer the estate. There's nothing else to do but Get an EIN Number, Open a Bank Account for the trust, File the UCC1 online, Mail your documents to the appropriate parties and file the amendment 14 days later. Once you receive the Green Cards from the USPS, the process is complete. 

If I am scamming people, I wish I could get another Transmission for my 2004 Chevy Silverado? 

I do not take a salary from this Private Membership Organization. I work when I have spare time and I guess this person is mad because I failed to work 24 hours a day.......?

SPC Process a step-by-step process that must be followed and all documents must be submitted in a timely manner! Any private member of this organization is authorized to use the resources provided to each party to assist them in Family Estate Planning. This client, whomever they may be, obviously, didn't complete the series of steps to complete the process. In our Private Member Associations, member agreed to the NO REFUND POLICY and that any disagreements must be settled with the TRUSTEE and/or Arbitration.

This person chose neither, but rather smear a company's reputation, which further proves that this person failed to follow instructions, with respect to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Membership Agreement. Furthermore, if an Annual Membership Expires, prior to members completing various processes, the membership must be renewed by the Non-Member and services are suspended.
