Tti Floor care)ORECK) ORECKTT Stole my money from my account! CHARLOTTE NORTH CAROLINA
I ordered an Oreck floor cleaner at the start of October. It was the second level model, agent told me it would be at my home 10-15 business days, it NEVER arrived. I called them and was told that model is on back order until MARCH 2022, so she LIED.. They changed out the model and I received it BUT i received NO PARTS(second part of order) I called AGAIN and she said they would resend that part of the order BUT they DIDN'T so then they said they would refund the amount of the second order.
Today they DOUBLE CHARGED ME FOR THE FIRST ORDER $403 and NO refund of the $143(second order) I tried calling them again and all you get is useless indifference and they put me through to the credit department BUT that department is NOT ANSWERING. I wish I had NEVER bought the Oreck clearly they are a useless company!!!!!!!!!!!!!
