Value-Pack.com conned me into charges for gift cert
I was given this number to apply for Additional Benefits at Anthem.com, I was requesting a fitness tracker and a $75 shopping card for OTC meds, which are both benefits of my insurance with Anthem, they told me I was eligible for $100 gift card for calling the number, I was on phone with them for 14 mins plus, they said I would be charged an initial $2.99 and $4.99 and if I cancelled within 14 days they would not charge my credit card for $20 or $30 per month.
I have notified my credit card company but I am sure this is a scam. I told them I did not wish them to charge me any or either amount.
