Westgate kissimee florida Unable to get any straight answers from them. I have been trying to get out of our timeshare, after having an issue with their so called sales that they have that they say is so great. When asked how to get out of our timeshare they said we would have to Can't get a straight answer out of them or help! kissimmee Florida
We have been trying to get out of our timeshare for 2 years now, we have had no luck! They tell us sorry but that is your job to sell it not ours. They will not work with us at all on selling this timeshare. Everytime we talk to them its not their problem it is ours and no matter what. We can not afford to pay this anymore, nor have we been able to use our timeshare. When we wanted to use it they said that we couldn't do to it being a floating week and we could only use it on off peak season and can not change the date, so with our jobs we are now paying on something we can't use and when we can go down we have to find another hotel and pay for that one as well.
