Wheelhouse Apartments Portus LLC, BOUTIQUE APARTMENTS requesting moving but they said it would cost $3,000 to get out of the lease. I was not aware that the unit was right next to the only parking lot and right above the only laundry room in the complex with people coming and going 24/7. The apartment was horribly remodeled. There is also flooding in a basement causing a disgusting smell to seep up through the floor. Denver CO
I rented an apartment and wasn't given the keys until I paid everything and didn't have a chance to inspect it until I got the keys. This is back in the beginning of April and since I moved in, this apartment was not as advertised and we tried getting out of the lease immediately and the complex managers, Angie, Catherine oh, and Destiny have been nothing but uncooperative and have ignored everything we've addressed. The apartment was horribly remodeled and we have horrible neighbors that are causing problems with us and they will not let his transfer to a different complex even though I can pay whatever the cost is. I wasn't aware of all the bad reviews about this company until I moved in. I live in the only building with a laundry room and directly above it. It is open 24/7 and bums are sleeping and smoking meth in there and we've had to call the police on numerous occasions because they are taking crowbars and trying to break open the laundry rooms washing machine. We had to install a camera ourselves because the leasing manager is ignoring the problem. My apartment is literally at 90 degrees constantly and I feel like I'm going to have a heat stroke.
