I ordered a Smartphone S20U from the Wish Company/ContextLogic, inc. It arrived damaged and broken. I contacted the Wish Company but they deactivated my account under Order ID : 5ebd69f885fb8f04917fc799. As it stands now, I can not obtain a full refund or a replacement smartphone S20U because this named company refuses to intervene on my behalf and provide me with a full refund or replacement smartphone S20U.
