Zaleset.store Beauty and service They sent me the wrong product and refuse to refund my money or exchange it for the correct product.

I ordered a ring from them. After a month a ring arrived but it wasn't the correct one. I asked the company to exchange for the correct ring and they are only offering me a 5% refund. They will only exchange if I pay shipping to return the incorrect ring which will cost me more than the original purchase price.
