After contacting recruiter via phone to stop payment or cancel auto pay they put on my account, it continued to do so for months for soemthing we have not even use. There was absolutely no activity in this account and it was deceitful to set up auto pay for trials and even more so for services that has not been used at all. We made attempts to get our money back by calling and no effort at all from the company. When the pandemic happened, we cannot even get anyone to talk to us and resolve the issue. All this time went by and still no solution to our grievance and incovenience it caused to our family who is already struggling with medical and financial issues. Ziprecruiter should see that they help people like us who has small company get better and be successful and not take our money for free. We are a small business and the amount they charge monthly is huge for us. This is morally wrong and unethical practice and should not be tolerated.  I would like to see some effort from this company for cases like I have and give back people their hard earned money so we can take care of our families and families that depend on our small business.  This is fraudulent practice and I hope to get refunded of the money they charged my company no matter what time it was charged. The fact that they charged the account is proof enough that it happened. I would liek to think that big compamy like this would not turn a cold shoulder and dismiss small scale business people but this is currently happening.  I hope something will come out and fix this problem. This is not a fair business practice!
