That's just a shell company. There is no Fang Media, LLC, the supposed owner of blahplay.com, the name is a DBA name for Digital KO, LLC. Enom has accepted the registered agent as identity, which is an ICANN violation. A Delaware corporation does not have to be resident in Delaware. They've basically set up an account with a company that handles Delaware registrations, acting as registered agent, and enom who doesn't give a good goddamn, and we know nothing about who they are, where they are, etc. If you want to go the legal route, the registered agent is where to apply the pressure. They are liable for damages if they aid and abet their felonies.
Bottom line, you have to be insane to give your credit card to blahplay.com, playfactories.com, or crzgame.com They've ripped off anyone that's ever done business with them.
