I purchased a hot tub from 02 Sports KSOOD, on EBAY back in Feb. of 08. I sent the company $4,800.00 of my hard earned money only to be ripped off. They gave me the run around for for a few months and now they disconnected there phones. Can ANYONE help me out with this. I would greatly appreciate it.

i think your only hope would be a lawyer at this point. i do a search on here for "o2 sports", "02 sports" and follow the advice others give - ...file reports with bbb, california attorney general, and id go ahead and call the chino police although i don't think they can prove there was intentional fraud, so they are not able to help. all of the filing will just help get the people shut down. since i doubt your credit card company would do a chargeback because it was so long ago, i really think your only hope at getting your money back is a lawyer. good luck. this kinda stuff shouldn't happen. its sad that it does.
