This company charges for searches that are free at many other sites, i.e., the Social Security Death Index and phone books.

The website promises results in one hour for one type of assisted search.

After I paid for the search, I got e-mail telling me it would be at least 4 hours and 45 minutes. That was 45 hours ago. I wrote them twice - they ignored the first e-mail and answered the second with Were not sure what youre talking about when I had included their mail to me with all the info included.

Their customer service number is a toll call which greets you with a message that youll be on hold at least 10 minutes. Their suggested help is that theyll restart the search and deliver results in 4-5 business days.

Theyre a total ripoff.
