I tried to cancel my service with them and did not find a way to do this on their site.  They have no FAQs or any other information that I could find to quit.  So, I stopped payment on the account.  They continue to charge me for the service, and, now, have sent a bill to a bill collector for non-payment.  I don't use their service!  I stopped paying.  I want out.  And, now, I call them to tell them to cancel and they say that they cannot cancel the contract until I pay the bill collector.  Doesn't cancel mean cancel.  What does their sending a bill to a bill collector have to do with canceling the account?  This is a shake down for money for a service I do not want and did not use.  Ugh
