Many of us have had issues with 1&1 Internet. Its time we got together to do something about it. They usually get away with the small charges because most people pay to make it go away (and 1&1 is extremely persisent over a couple dollars).
I hope to seek class action status as well and have filed complaints as noted. Please include me in any legal actions. I have a lot of documentation for the many interactions with 1&1 Internet and NCO Financial - both past and currently ongoing. I am also willing to donate to a legal fund to pursue this issue.
Ive started a facebook group to start gathering people together to share stories and tactics to resolve any alleged wrongdoings:

I have had a similar incident with 1&1 hosting ie: still being charged for a service I canceled. Thank you for providing the above information, as I have some email correspondences between myself and 1&1 that I would like to include with a formal complaint against the company. I signed up for one service and was billed for a different service. I canceled within a few days of signing up with the company. I did not save them all but I still have one that includes me stating that I did not receive the package I signed up for and that I would like to cancel. This is the service which I am still being billed for.
